Ketahanan Spermatozoa Kucing Yang Dikoleksi Dari Ka Uda Epididimis Dan Vas Deferen Dalam Medium Talp Dan Pbs
Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out the motility and the integrity plasma membrane cat spermatozoa couected ji'om cauda epididymis and vas deference during the spermatozoa incubation in TALP and PBS medium after testis preservation in 5°C. Spermatozoa was couected ji'om ca/lda epididymis and vas deference which have been preservated /lntil 0, 3, 5 and 7 days at 5°C. The cauda epidydimis spermatozoa was couected by aspirating method and the vas deference spermatozoa was couected by flushing method. The motility and integrity of plasma membrane was evaluated during 16 hours (Oh, 417, 8h and 16h) in vitro incubation. The results show that TALP medium can endure the motility and integrity 0t plasma membrane spermatozoa epidydimal better than PBS medium. On 3' day of preservation, the motility of spermatozoa can be endured until in vitro incubation 16'h hour, and on 5'h and 7'h day of preservations integrity of plasma membrane only can be endured until8'h hour in vitro incubation.
