“Clustering Natural Tourism Development in Bogor Regency Using Geographical Information System “

Abstract

Bogor regency is administratively located in West Java. Tourism development in Bogor are spread into several areas, such as Puncak, West Bogor, South Bogor and North Bogor. The research was held in 7 locations of Bogor Regency such as TWA. Telaga Warna, TWA. Gunung Pancar, Center for Education and Nature Conservation Bodogol, Goa Gudawang, Goa Langkob, the Queen Crater (Mt. Salak Endah) and Wana Wisata Curug Cilember. Start from November – December 2008. Collecting and formulating data using ERDAS Imagine 8.5 and Arc. View 3.2 on January – March 2009 in Spatial Analysis Laboratory, Center for Environmental Research. This research aimed to classify natural tourism into 3 groups such as topographic variance cluster, elevation cluster and naturalness cluster.
