Analisis kemampuan lahan dan manfaat ekonomi (land rent) pada berbagai tipe penggunaan lahan untuk tanaman hortikultura di kecamatan pacet Kabupaten Cianjur

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze land suitability classes on several vegetable plants and to compare land rent and financial feasibility on several land use types. Location of the research was in Pacet, Cianjur which base on Soil Research Centre and Agroclimate (1978) classification include Mediteran group. The data was analyze in Laboratory of Land Resource Development Planning, Department of Soil, Bogor Agnculturai University. The research began in February and finished by September 2002. The method which use are analysis of land suitability classes base on suitability criteria by Soil Research Centre and Agroclimate (2000), analysis of land rent base on revenue and production cost, analysis of financial feasibility with cash flow analysis (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Benefit Cot Ratio), and Break Event Point. Analysis of statistics are used T -test, best-subsets regression, and multiple regression.
