Organic matter have a very important roles in soil fertility, pedogenesis and classification, since it particularly control the humidity and aeration, makes soil structure, give nutrient supplies especially N, P, S and B, increases the cation exchange capacity and stimulates the activity of microorganisms in soil. Organic matter come from plant tissues as leaves, branch, small branch, stem and root.
