      Abstract
Program rehabilitasi Green Wall di Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP) bertujuan memulihkan ekosistem hutan sekaligus meningkatkan cadangan karbon sebagai bagian dari mitigasi perubahan iklim. Upaya ini dilakukan melalui penanaman jenis tanaman cepat tumbuh, salah satunya adalah puspa (Schima wallichii (DC.) Korth.).

The Green Wall rehabilitation program in Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP) aims to restore forest ecosystems while enhancing carbon stocks as part of climate change mitigation This objective is pursued through the planting of fast-growing tree species, including puspa (Schima wallichii (DC.) Korth). This study aimed to analyze the growth of S. wallichii and estimate above-ground carbon stocks in the Green Wall rehabilitation area at Resort Nagrak, TNGGP. The method used was a line transect with stratified purposive sampling on stands planted in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Observed parameters included tree diameter and height, as well as the estimation of above-ground biomass using the allometric equation. The results showed that S. wallichii planted in 2010 exhibited the best growth performance with an average diameter increment of 1.95 cm/year and a height increment of 0.85 m/year. The average above-ground carbon stock in the rehabilitation area was 84.03 tons C/ha, with S. wallichii contributing 24.09 tons C/ha
