      Abstract
      Jalan merupakan merupakan suatu alat prasarana perhubungan darat dan transportasi. Jalan memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sosial, serta memfasilitasi interaksi manusia. Semakin tingginya mobilitas dan produktivitas masyarakat Indonesia memerlukan adanya sistem yang dapat memantau kondisi dan situasi jalan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengambil suatu keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah website sistem informasi geografis (SIG) yang dapat melakukan visualisasi data serta mengevaluasi kondisi jaringan jalan di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Website ini dikembangkan secara fullstack yakni terdiri dari layer back-end dan front-end yang menghasilkan REST API sistem informasi geografis serta memvisualisasikan data hasil pemanggilan dari REST API. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Express.js dan manajemen sistem basis data MySQL, sedangkan front-end menggunakan framework React.JS yang akan mengonsumsi API yang dihasilkan oleh back-end untuk menampilkan data gambar dan video.
       
      Roads are infrastructure for land transportation. They play a crucial role in driving economic and social growth while facilitating human interaction. The increasing mobility and productivity of Indonesian society require a system capable of swiftly and accurately monitoring road conditions and situations. This would ease decision-making for the public. The aim of this research is to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) website capable of visualizing data and evaluating the road network conditions in West Java Province. This website is developed as a full-stack system, consisting of back-end and front-end layers that generate a REST API for the geographic information system and visualize data fetched from the REST API. The system is developed using the Express.js framework and MySQL database management system for the back-end, while the front-end employs React.js framework to consume the API generated by the back-end and display image and video data.
