Stunting remains a critical public health issue in Indonesia, with a prevalence rate of 21.5%, further aggravated by low community awareness. As frontline community health services, integrated health posts play a vital role in disseminating stunting prevention information through various communication strategies. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by integrated health posts and their effectiveness in improving community awareness of stunting prevention in Neglasari Village. The research employs a quantitative approach supplemented by qualitative data, involving 67 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Quantitative data analysis employs Spearman's Rank tests to assess the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that educational level is significantly associated with attitudes, number of children is significantly associated with attitudes and preventive behaviors, occupation is significantly associated with preventive behaviors, and recipient competence is significantly associated with attitudes and stunting prevention behaviors.
