Pengembangan Metode Penetapan Biomassa Karbon Mikroorganisme Tanah (Cmic) Dengan Menggunakan "Ultrasonic Processor" I. Pengembangan Metode

Abstract

Microorganism has a lot of important various in biochemistry process that happen in the soil. Because of that, to understand and explaining those process, measuring microorganism biomass that's in the soil, makes a set of standart procedure is needed to measure the contents of soil microorganism biomass exactly and accurately. The point of this research is developing methode to determine carbon biomass of the soil microorganism (cMic) at four kinds of soil which represent some kinds of ordo (Entisol, Inceptisol, Andisol and Ultisol) by using "ultrasonic processor" and fumigation-chloroform extraction methode (CFE) as comparison.
