      Efektivitas Intervensi Buku Saku Gizi terhadap Pengetahuan, Sikap, dan Praktik Gizi Mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi IPB

      Abstract
      Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) adalah permasalahan global penyebab 70% kematian di dunia. PTM dapat dicegah dengan pemberian edukasi gizi yang efektif dengan penggunaan buku saku gizi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas buku saku gizi terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik pedoman gizi seimbang. Sebanyak 70 subjek terbagi rata dalam kelompok kontrol dan intervensi akan mengisi kuesioner pre-test dan mendapatkan edukasi yang 7 hari kemudian akan mengisi kuesioner post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi pada kelompok intervensi. Rata- rata skor pengetahuan naik dari 45 menjadi 84, rata-rata skor sikap naik dari 75,3 menjadi 86,54, dan rata-rata skor praktik naik dari 73,54 menjadi 86,80. Buku saku gizi terbukti efektif terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 pada uji beda wilcoxon dan paired t-test. Buku saku gizi mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif oleh subjek dengan skor rata-rata 3,64 yang dikategorikan sangat baik.
       
      Non-communicable disease (NCDs) are leading global cause of death, responsible for 70% mortality cases worldwide. Ways to navigate NCDs cases commence with nutrition education through a media pocketbook. A study was conducted to evaluate efectiveness of nutrition pocketbook in advance of nutritional knowledge, attitude, and practice. The study invloved 70 participant split into control and intervention group who completed pre and pos test questionnaires. The research indicate significant improvement from intervention group in knowledge, attitude, and practice with average scores increasing notably. The average knowledge score increased from 45 to 84, the average attitude score increased from 75,3 to 86,54, and the average practice score increased from 73.54 to 86.80. Statistical confirmed the effectiveness of the nutrition pocketbook in with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 in the wilcoxon t-test and paired t-test. The positive feedback from participants further supported the efficacy and acceptance of the nutrition pocketbook.
