      Abstract

Toddlers are a vulnerable age group prone to nutritional problems due to inadequate food intake to meet their growth and development needs. Parents have limitations in terms of economic conditions and knowledge regarding the provision of complementary foods (MPASI). This study aims to develop media based on the relationship between mothers' economic status and nutritional knowledge and toddler feeding practices. The study design used a cross-sectional design with 61 infant mothers as respondents. The analysis of the relationship between economic status and infant feeding practices using the chi-square test yielded a p-value (<0.001), indicating a significant association between economic status and infant feeding practices. The results of the analysis of the relationship between mothers' knowledge and infant feeding practices using the chi-square test yielded a p-value (>0.001), indicating no significant relationship between knowledge and infant feeding practices. Based on the research results, further research is needed to measure the effectiveness and impact of the MPASI guideline book on improving knowledge and infant feeding practices.
