      Optimasi Pemberangkatan Armada Bus IPB untuk Meminimumkan Biaya Operasional Menggunakan Integer Linear Programming

      Abstract
      Tingginya jumlah kendaraan pribadi yang masuk ke dalam kampus menjadi tantangan bagi pihak kampus dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang ramah dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah menerapkan kebijakan green transportation yang telah diimplementasikan di Institut Pertanian Bogor pada tahun 2015. Salah satu kendala yang muncul dalam penerapan kebijakan ini adalah banyaknya demand penumpang yang bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti jam sibuk dan kepadatan di jalur-jalur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penentuan banyaknya bus yang diberangkatkan agar biaya operasional dapat diminimumkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Integer Linear Programming dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Lingo 21.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer diperoleh biaya minimum operasional sebesar Rp163.200 per hari.
       
      The high number of private vehicles entering the campus presents a challenge for the university in creating an environmentally friendly and sustainable environment. One solution to address this issue is the implementation of a green transportation policy, which has been applied at IPB University (Institut Pertanian Bogor) since 2015. One of the obstacles in implementing this policy is the high and varied passenger demand, influenced by factors such as peak hours and congestion on certain routes. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the optimal number of buses to be deployed in order to minimize operational costs. The research was conducted using the Integer Linear Programming model with Lingo 21.0 software. Based on the analysis using both secondary and primary data, the minimum operational cost obtained is Rp163.200 per day.
