      Implementasi Teknik Sinematografi Pengambilan Gambar Iklan Edukasi Penggunaan Air Bersih di Perumda Tirta Pakuan

      Abstract
      Laporan akhir ini membahas implementasi teknik sinematografi dalam pengambilan gambar video iklan layanan masyarakat bertema edukasi penggunaan air bersih di Perusahaan Umum Daerah (Perumda) Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor. Latar belakang proyek ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya peran media digital dalam menyampaikan informasi publik, khususnya berkaitan dengan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan air bersih secara bijak dan efisien. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk menguraikan proses produksi dan menganalisis penerapan teknik sinematografi dalam pembuatan iklan layanan masyarakat yang edukatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proyek ini adalah partisipasi aktif, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, dengan melibatkan tim produksi yang terdiri dari empat orang mahasiswa dengan peran masing-masing. Produksi video dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu pra-produksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi. Pada tahap produksi, videografer menerapkan teknik sinematografi seperti komposisi simetris dan dinamis, sudut pengambilan gambar (high angle, low angle, bird eye, frog eye, dan eye level), pergerakan kamera (pan, tilt, tracking shot, dan handheld camera), pencahayaan (natural dan buatan), serta variasi ukuran gambar (extreme close-up hingga extreme long shot). Hasil dari proyek akhir ini adalah tiga video iklan layanan masyarakat berdurasi 2–3 menit yang telah dipublikasikan melalui media sosial dan halte digital Kota Bogor. Penerapan teknik sinematografi terbukti meningkatkan daya tarik visual, memperkuat pesan yang disampaikan, serta mampu membentuk narasi yang komunikatif dan menyentuh. Simpulan dari proyek ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik sinematografi secara tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi visual dalam menyampaikan pesan edukatif kepada masyarakat luas
       
      This final report discusses the implementation of cinematography techniques in the filming of a public service announcement video on the educational theme of clean water use at the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tirta Pakuan in Bogor City. The background to this project is the important role of digital media in conveying public information, particularly regarding public awareness of the wise and efficient use of clean water. The purpose of this project is to outline the production process and analyze the application of cinematography techniques in creating an educational public service announcement. The methods used in this project included active participation, interviews, and literature review, involving a production team consisting of four students with assigned roles. The video production was carried out in three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. During the production stage, the videographer applied cinematography techniques such as symmetrical and dynamic composition, shooting angles (high angle, low angle, bird's eye, frog's eye, and eye level), camera movements (pan, tilt, tracking shot, and handheld camera), lighting (natural and artificial), and varying image sizes (extreme close-up to extreme long shot). The results of this final project are three 2–3-minute public service announcement videos published through social media and digital bus stops in Bogor City. The application of cinematography techniques has been proven to enhance visual appeal, strengthen the message, and create a communicative and engaging narrative. The conclusions of this project demonstrate that the appropriate use of cinematography techniques can increase the effectiveness of visual communication in conveying educational messages to the wider public.
