      Pengaruh Rasio Trass dan Klinker terhadap Kualitas Semen Portland Pozzolan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa

      Abstract
      Industri semen merupakan salah satu sektor konstruksi yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap emisi karbon global. Salah satu solusi yang diterapkan adalah optimalisasi penggunaan trass yang merupakan bahan pozolan alami dalam pembuatan Semen Portland pozzolan (PPC). Trass dapat menggantikan sebagian klinker, sehingga mengurangi emisi karbon dan biaya produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi rasio trass dan klinker terhadap kualitas Semen Portland pozzolan serta menentukan proporsi yang paling optimal. Sampel diuji berdasarkan parameter kuat tekan, waktu ikat, kadar oksida menggunakan XRF, hilang pijar, CaO bebas, dan residu tak larut. Seluruh sampel dengan variasi 0% hingga 30% menunjukkan hasil yang memenuhi persyaratan SNI 0302:2014 tentang Semen Portland pozzolan, sementara pada variasi 40% dan 50% tidak memenuhi batas minimal kuat tekan. Setelah dilakukan analisis terhadap seluruh parameter, diperoleh bahwa variasi trass sebesar 20% merupakan komposisi yang optimal dengan kuat tekan 28 hari sebesar 247,60 kg/cm², kadar hilang pijar 1,95%, CaO bebas 0,57%, residu tak larut 15,31%, dan kandungan oksida yang masih memenuhi standar.
       
      The cement industry was one of the construction sectors that contributes significantly to global carbon emissions. One of the solutions applied was the optimization of trass, a natural pozzolanic material, in the production of Portland pozzolan Cement (PPC). Trass replaced a portion of clinker, thereby reducing carbon emissions and production costs. This study aimed to determine the effect of varying trass-to-clinker ratios on the quality of Portland pozzolan Cement and to identify the most optimal composition. Samples were tested based on compressive strength, setting time, oxide content using XRF, loss on ignition, free lime, and insoluble residue. All samples with 0% to 30% trass met the quality requirements of SNI 0302:2014 for Portland pozzolan Cement, while the 40% and 50% variations did not meet the minimum compressive strength standard. Based on the analysis of all parameters, the 20% trass composition was found to be optimal, with a 28-day compressive strength of 247.60 kg/cm², loss on ignition of 1.95%, free lime of 0.57%, insoluble residue of 15.31%, and oxide content that still met the standards.
