      Kajian Bisnis Briket dari Limbah Kulit Kopi Berdasarkan Preferensi Konsumen di CV Tri Anom Agrotektur

      Abstract
      Limbah kulit kopi merupakan limbah yang berasal dari perkebunan kopi. Jika limbah tidak ditangani dengan baik, limbah kulit kopi bisa merusak ekosistem lingkungan. Adanya pengelolaan limbah kulit kopi yang baik akan menciptakan nilai tambah baru yang menguntungkan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen, kelayakan non finansial, dan kelayakan finansial sesuai teori studi kelayakan bisnis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Tri Anom Agrotektur, Kabupaten dan Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Metode analisis konjoin untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis konjoin menghasilkan bahwa konsumen memilih ukuran 1000 gram; harga Rp12.000; kemasan box karton; berbentuk kubus; berdimensi 2,5 cm x 5 cm; dan label yang simpel. Kelayakan non finansial menghasilkan strategi kualitatif dalam aspek pasar serta operasional. Kelayakan finansial atau kuantitatif memeroleh hasil bisnis yang layak untuk dijalankan dengan pembuktian seperti NPV > 0 yaitu Rp141.838.117,00; IRR > i yaitu 73%; Gross B/C > 1 yaitu senilai 1,15; Net B/C > 1 yaitu senilai 3,42; PP < umur bisnis yaitu 2,32 tahun; serta hasil switching value sebesar 156% untuk kenaikan bahan baku dan 13% untuk penurunan produksi.
       
      Coffee husk waste is by-product of coffee plantations. This waste can be harm the environment easily, so we need to manage it properly. An effective management of coffee husk waste can produce more value and benefit for the company. This study object propose to analyze consumer preferences, financial feasibiliy or non based on business theory. The research was held in CV Tri Anom Agrotektur, located in Bandung Regency and City, West Java. Conjoint analytic method used to analyze consumer preferences. The results shows that consumer prefer briquettes with a weight of 1000 grams; a price of IDR 12,000; carton box packaging; a cube shape; dimensions of 2.5 cm × 5 cm; and a simple label. The non-financial feasibility analysis provides qualitative strategies in terms of market and operational aspects. The financial feasibility analysis indicates that the business is viable, as shown by the following results: NPV > 0 (IDR 141.838.117,00); IRR > i (73%); Gross B/C > 1 (1.15); Net B/C > 1 (3.42); Payback Period < business lifespan (2.32 years); and switching value of 156% for raw material cost increases and 13% for production decreases.
