      PENGARUH EDUKASI MEDIA ULAR TANGGA TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP KONSUMSI JAJANAN SEHAT PADA ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR

      Abstract
      Pengetahuan dan sikap penting dalam pemilihan jajanan yang sesuai dengan pangan jajanan anak sekolah, maka perlu adanya edukasi terkait jajanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap anak sekolah terhadap jajanan sehat dan tidak sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain yang digunakan adalah Quasy-experimental design melalui two group pre-test and post-test. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan berupa karakteristik subjek, penerimaan siswa, validasi media, pengetahuan, dan sikap. Analisis dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon dan Paired t-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 90 siswa-siswi kelas 5 di SDN Rawa Badak Selatan 03 Pagi. Tingkat pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi mendapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari skor 64 ke 84(84±8), sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan tetap di skor 53(53±16). Peningkatan tingkat sikap anak mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan pada kelompok kontrol dari 60 ke 69(69±25), sedangkan kelompok intervensi dari 70 ke 90(90±12). Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya pendampingan dari guru dan orang tua.
       
      Knowledge and attitudes are important in choosing snacks that are suitable for school children's snack foods, so education related to snacks is needed. This study aims to improve the knowledge and attitudes of school children towards healthy and unhealthy snacks. This study used a Quasy-experimental design through a two-group pre-test and post-test. Analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test and Paired t-test. The study sample consisted of 90 5th grade students at SDN Rawa Badak Selatan 03 Pagi. The assessment of the level of knowledge in the intervention group had a significant effect from a score of 64 to 84 (84±8), while the control group did not experience a steady increase at a score of 53 (53±16). The increase in the level of children's attitudes had a significant effect in the control group from 60 to 69 (69±25), while the intervention group from 70 to 90 (90±12). Suggestions for this study are the need for mentoring from teachers and parents.
