      Pengembangan Fitur Tahapan Seleksi Interview pada Situs Web Job Portal Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor

      Abstract
      PT Anugerah Eka Gemilang mendirikan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Bogor yang memiliki website STP Job Portal sebagai media pencarian kerja bagi lulusan. Namun, sistem tersebut masih terbatas dalam efisiensi dan transparansi rekrutmen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan fitur tahapan seleksi interview untuk mempercepat proses seleksi dan memberikan kejelasan informasi bagi pelamar. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping melalui dua iterasi. Iterasi pertama menghasilkan fitur penjadwalan interview, penilaian kandidat, dan riwayat lamaran. Iterasi kedua menambahkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), fitur cetak hasil evaluasi, dan otomatisasi keputusan seleksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, dengan pengurangan durasi sebesar 91,7% untuk undangan interview, 80% pada rekap hasil, dan 77,8% untuk keputusan akhir. Dengan fitur ini, proses rekrutmen menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan terstruktur.
       
      Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STP) Bogor, founded by PT Anugerah Eka Gemilang, operates the STP Job Portal website to support its graduates in finding employment. However, the current platform lacks sufficient features to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. This study aims to design and implement an interview selection stage feature to improve recruitment efficiency and provide greater transparency for applicants. The development was carried out using the prototyping method in two iterations. The first iteration produced features such as interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and application history tracking. In the second iteration, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was applied to enable objective candidate assessments, along with the addition of PDF-based evaluation reports and automated selection decisions. Testing results showed that the system significantly improved the recruitment process, reducing the duration by 91.7% for interview invitations, 80% for interview result processing, and 77.8% for final decision-making. Overall, the implementation of these features makes the recruitment process in the STP Job Portal faster, more structured, and transparent.
