      Abstract
      Penggunaan website Ayam Goreng Fatmawati belum mencapai tingkat optimal karena masih banyak pelanggan yang terbiasa melakukan pemesanan melalui WhatsApp. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan fitur poin dan cashback sebagai insentif bagi pelanggan yang melakukan pemesanan melalui website, serta membangun dashboard prediksi penjualan sebagai pendukung dalam merancang strategi bisnis. Metode prototype diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem karena memungkinkan penyesuaian terhadap perubahan selama proses pengembangan. Model prediksi yang digunakan merupakan gabungan antara Prophet dan XGBoost. Hasil dari penelitian ini mencakup implementasi fitur poin dan cashback, serta dashboard prediksi yang mengintegrasikan hasil model ke dalam sistem Laravel dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk visualisasi grafik untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis.
       
      The use of the Ayam Goreng Fatmawati website has not yet reached an optimal level, as many customers still prefer to place orders via WhatsApp. Therefore, this study aims to develop point and cashback features as incentives for customers who place orders through the website, as well as to build a sales prediction dashboard to support business strategy planning. The prototype method is applied in system development as it allows for adjustments during the development process. The predictive model used combines Prophet and XGBoost. The results of this study include the implementation of the point and cashback features, as well as a prediction dashboard that integrates the model outputs into the Laravel system and presents them in graphical visualizations to support business decision making.
