      Strategi Komunikasi Digital Cuap-Cuap MOP Channel dalam Penyajian Infotainment di Media Sosial

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi digital yang diterapkan oleh program Cuap-Cuap di MOP Channel dalam menyampaikan informasi infotainment melalui media sosial, serta bentuk adaptasinya pada platform YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tim produksi. Analisis SWOT dengan pendekatan model SMART digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman strategi yang diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi digital disesuaikan dengan karakteristik tiap platform: YouTube digunakan untuk tayangan penuh dan siaran langsung, Instagram untuk promosi visual dan interaksi, serta TikTok untuk distribusi klip yang ringan dan cepat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan Cuap Cuap dalam menjangkau audiens ditentukan oleh strategi komunikasi digital yang adaptif, responsif, dan sesuai dengan dinamika media sosial.
       
      This study aims to explore the digital communication strategies implemented by the Cuap-Cuap program on MOP Channel in delivering infotainment content through social media, as well as how these strategies are adapted across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, literature review, and in depth interviews with key production team members. The SWOT analysis framework, combined with the SMART model, is used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the applied strategies. Findings indicate that the communication strategies are tailored to the characteristics of each platform: YouTube serves as the main platform for full episodes and live streaming, Instagram is optimized for visual promotion and interactive engagement, while TikTok is used to distribute short and fast-paced clips. The study concludes that the success of Cuap-Cuap in building audience connection is influenced by its adaptive and responsive digital communication strategies aligned with current social media dynamics.
