      Pengaruh Media Edukasi Gizi GEMAR untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan MP-ASI pada Ibu Peserta Posyandu di Desa Leuwiliang

      Abstract
      Stunting pada anak masih menjadi masalah gizi di Indonesia, salah satunya akibat rendahnya pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas media edukasi GEMAR (Gizi Enak, Mudah, dan Bergizi) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu peserta Posyandu mengenai MP-ASI. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode one group pretest-posttest. Edukasi dilakukan kepada 49 ibu peserta Posyandu di Desa Leuwiliang menggunakan buku GEMAR yang dilengkapi video berbasis QR code. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata pengetahuan dari 61,69 menjadi 85,94 dan standar deviasi dari 9,26 menjadi 6,78. Uji wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,001), menandakan peningkatan yang signifikan. Responden juga memberikan penilaian positif terhadap isi, tampilan, dan manfaat media.
       
      Stunting remains a nutritional issue in Indonesia, partly due to limited maternal knowledge of complementary feeding (MP-ASI). This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of GEMAR (Nutritious, Easy, and Tasty) in improving MP-ASI knowledge among Posyandu mothers. Using a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design with a quantitative approach, 49 Posyandu mothers in Leuwiliang Village received education using the GEMAR book and QR code based video tutorials. Results showed an increase in knowledge scores from 61.69 to 85.94 with standard deviations decreasing from 9.26 to 6.78. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.001), indicating a significant improvement. Respondents also gave positive feedback on the content, design, and usefulness of the media.
