      Pengembangan Jenga sebagai Media Edukasi Gizi Seimbang pada Remaja di SMP Siliwangi Bogor

      Abstract
      Masalah gizi yang terjadi pada remaja dapat diakibatkan dari rendahnya pengetahuan remaja terkait gizi, sehingga kesadaran mereka untuk hidup sehat rendah. Oleh karena itu, edukasi gizi seimbang sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan jenga sebagai media edukasi gizi seimbang guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja. Desain yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experimental dengan kelompok kontrol dan intervensi, masing-masing terdiri dari 55 siswa kelas tujuh di SMP Siliwangi Bogor. Uji statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon dan uji mann-whitney. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan post-test pada pengetahuan dan sikap responden (p < 0,001). Pada kelompok intervensi, pengetahuan meningkat dari 58,36 ± 17,72 menjadi 76,18 ± 15,93. Sikap meningkat dari 83,91 ± 7,93 menjadi 87,82 ± 8,81. Uji mann-whitney menunjukkan media jenga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan secara signifikan (p = 0,017) tetapi tidak dengan sikap responden (p = 0,671). Sebanyak 76% responden sangat menyukai media yang dikembangkan.
       
      Nutritional problems that occur in adolescents can be caused by their low knowledge of nutrition, resulting in a low awareness of healthy living. Therefore, balanced nutrition education is very necessary. This study aims to develop jenga as a medium for balanced nutrition education to improve adolescents' knowledge and attitudes. The design used is Quasi-Experimental with control and intervention groups, each consisting of 55 seventh-grade students at SMP Siliwangi Bogor. Statistical tests used the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The results show a significant difference between the pretest and post-test scores on the respondents' knowledge and attitudes (p < 0.001). In the intervention group, knowledge increased from 58.36 ± 17.72 to 76.18 ± 15.93. Attitudes improved from 83.91 ± 7.93 to 87.82 ± 8.81. The Mann-Whitney test showed that the Jenga media could significantly improve knowledge (p = 0.017) but not the respondents' attitudes (p = 0.671). As many as 76% of respondents really liked the developed media.
