      Efektivitas Penerapan The Circular Model of SoMe pada Konten Instagram @ohayo_jepang dalam Meningkatkan Engagement

      Abstract
      Rendahnya interaksi pengguna dalam bentuk likes dan komentar pada akun Instagram @ohayo_jepang menjadi persoalan yang perlu ditelusuri lebih lanjut. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat keterlibatan, akun ini perlu mendorong partisipasi audiens secara lebih aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan The Circular Model of SoMe dalam meningkatkan engagement audiens pada konten Instagram @ohayo_jepang. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengkaji pandangan responden terhadap konten yang disajikan setelah model tersebut diterapkan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif, dilengkapi dengan data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Sementara itu, data kualitatif diperoleh melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, verifikasi data, serta analisis tingkat keterlibatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan The Circular Model of SoMe berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan engagement dan memperkuat persepsi positif audiens terhadap konten yang dipublikasikan.
       
      The low level of user interaction in the form of likes and comments on the Instagram account @ohayo_jepang presents an issue that requires further investigation. To improve engagement rates, the account needs to actively encourage greater audience participation. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of applying the Circular Model of SoMe in increasing audience engagement with content on the @ohayo_jepang Instagram account. In addition, the study also explores respondents’ perceptions of the content presented after the implementation of the model. The research adopts a descriptive and associative quantitative approach, complemented by qualitative data. Quantitative data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review, while qualitative data were obtained through data reduction, presentation, verification, and engagement level analysis. The results indicate that the application of the Circular Model of SoMe has a positive impact on increasing engagement and reinforces positive audience perceptions of the published content.
