      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa dengan Studi Kasus pada BUMDes Sakti Lodaya di Desa Cisayong, Kecamatan Cisayong, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, dengan mengidentifikasi kondisi objektif, faktor internal-eksternal, dan merumuskan strategi berdasarkan potensi daerah, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif interpretatif dan analisis matriks McKinsey 7S, PESTEL, IFE, EFE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama BUMDes terletak pada peran serta aktif masyarakat, pengelolaan lapangan sepakbola berstandar internasional, dan kepemimpinan yang inovatif. Namun, kelemahannya meliputi keterbatasan dalam mengembangkan unit usaha non sepakbola, infrastruktur teknologi, dan kapasitas pemasaran. Analisis Matriks IE menempatkan BUMDes pada zona Grow and Build, dengan mengutamakan strategi pengembangan produk (optimalisasi pariwisata terpadu dan efisiensi dana desa) dan strategi pengembangan pasar (peningkatan sumber daya manusia, pemasaran digital, dan kolaborasi antar unit). Implikasi manajerial meliputi pelatihan sumber daya manusia, penguatan sinergi dengan pemerintah, dan integrasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi adaptif yang dapat direplikasi di desa lain untuk memperkuat peran BUMDes sebagai penggerak ekonomi berbasis masyarakat.
       
      This research aims to analyze the development strategies for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The case study was conducted on BUMDes Sakti Lodaya in Cisayong Village, Tasikmalaya Regency, by identifying objective conditions, internal-external factors, and formulating strategies based on regional potential. The study utilized an interpretive qualitative approach and analytical matrices including McKinsey 7S, PESTEL, IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM. The research findings indicate that BUMDes' primary strengths lie in active community participation, the management of an international-standard football field, and innovative leadership. However, weaknesses include limitations in developing non-football business units, technological infrastructure, and marketing capacity. The IE Matrix analysis positions BUMDes in the Grow and Build zone, prioritizing product development strategies (optimizing integrated tourism and village fund efficiency) and market development strategies (improving human resources, digital marketing, and inter-unit collaboration). Managerial implications include human resource training, strengthening synergy with the government, and technology integration to enhance competitiveness. This research recommends adaptive strategies that can be replicated in other villages to strengthen the role of BUMDes as a community-based economic driver.
