      Abstract
      Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen konten digital akun Instagram @imigrasibogor dalam menyebarkan informasi layanan pembuatan paspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang digunakan oleh Divisi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Keimigrasian Kantor Imigrasi Bogor. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun @imigrasibogor menerapkan kalender konten yang terstruktur, desain visual yang informatif, serta format interaktif seperti Reels dan Stories untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis efek komunikasi, termasuk dampak kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku terhadap audiens. Temuan menyoroti efektivitas Instagram sebagai platform komunikasi untuk layanan publik serta peran strategi digital dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan keterlibatan institusi.
       
      This study investigates the digital content management strategy of the Instagram account @imigrasibogor in disseminating passport service information. The research aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies used by the Immigration Information and Communication Technology Division of the Bogor Immigration Office. Using a qualitative descriptive method with case study design, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results showed that the @imigrasibogor account adopted a structured content calendar, informative visual designs, and interactive formats such as Reels and Stories to enhance public understanding. In addition, the study analyzed communication effects including cognitive, affective, and behavioral impacts on the audience. Findings highlight the effectiveness of Instagram as a communication platform for public services and the role of digital strategy in institutional transparency and engagement.
