Goats are small ruminants with great potential as a source of income and animal protein, especially in rural areas. Dairy goat farming can be developed through an edutourism approach to increase added value and market appeal. The objective of this business analysis is to obtain a comprehensive overview of the feasibility of the dairy goat farming business run by Indo Natural Farm. This analysis was conducted at Indo Natural Farm, which manages 32 dairy goats of various superior breeds with an average milk production of 1 liter per goat per day. The analysis used both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through observation, recording, and interviews, while secondary data included literature studies. The marketing strategy integrates edutourism ticket sales and milk sales, digital promotion, and partnerships with educational institutions. The results of the analysis show that the business is feasible, with a net income of IDR 22,808,128 and a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.26 over four months.
