      Abstract
      Pencatatan atas transaksi penjualan dan pengelolaan persediaan pada UMKM XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual. Kebutuhan akan perancangan sistem penjualan dan persediaan yang efektif ditujukan agar pencatatan lebih terperinci dan efisien seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pengelolaan persediaan yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem akan mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia, mempercepat proses pelaporan, serta memudahkan pemantauan stok secara tepat waktu. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian proyek akhir ini menggunakan Metode Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall, meliputi pengumpulan data untuk kebutuhan sistem, perancangan model sistem, implementasi Microsoft Excel Macro VBA serta pengujian sistem. Berdasarkan hasil proyek akhir ini, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan atas rancangan sistem penjualan dan persediaan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pencatatan data penjualan, pengelolaan persediaan serta menghasilkan data pelaporan penjualan yang terstruktur dan terperinci. Sehingga, kegiatan operasional pada UMKM XYZ dapat berjalan dengan maksimal, terutama pada pencatatan penjualan yang terintegrasi dengan persediaan.
       
      Sales transaction recording and inventory management at XYZ MSMEs are still carried out manually. The need for an effective sales and inventory system design aims to improve recording efficiency and detail, in line with rapid technological advancements. Integrating sales transaction recording and inventory management into a system reduces the risk of human error, speeds up reporting processes, and facilitates real-time stock monitoring. This final project uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with the Waterfall Model, involving data collection for system requirements, system modeling, implementation using Microsoft Excel Macro VBA, and system testing. The results of this project show that the implementation of the integrated sales and inventory system design improves efficiency and accuracy in recording sales data, managing inventory, and generating structured and detailed sales reports. Consequently, the operational activities of XYZ MSMEs can run more optimally, particularly in sales recording integrated with inventory management.
