      Pengembangan Produk Creamy Pandan Porridge dengan Penambahan Biji Chia sebagai Alternatif Kudapan Tinggi Serat bagi Remaja

      Abstract
      Creamy Pandan Porridge is a product development in the snack category that is rich in nutritional content, especially high in fiber. Eating habits and lifestyle influences also affect the diet of adolescents. This study aims to develop marrow porridge products with the addition of chia seeds as an alternative to high-fiber snacks for adolescents who are concerned about weight. The research design used was RAL with three treatments. Hedonic quality data was analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study showed that the selected formula (F3) with a ratio of 70% rice flour and 30% chia seeds in the cookie component was the best formula. Creamy pandan porridge (F3) in 90 g contains 223 Cal of energy, 3.2 g of protein, 11.4 g of fat, 27.2 g of carbohydrates, and 11 g of dietary fiber. Creamy pandan porridge products can be claimed to be high in fiber because they have a content of 12.17 g per 100 g. The selling price of creamy pandan porridge products is IDR 10,000 per serving.
