Perancangan Penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi dan Harga Jual Berbasis Microsoft Excel Pada UMKM Tempe Tarmidi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun metode perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan pendekatan Full Costing dan Variable Costing sebagai dasar dalam menetapkan harga jual, serta merancang sistem kalkulasi berbasis Microsoft Excel. Subjek penelitian adalah UMKM Tempe Tarmidi berlokasi di Pasirlaya, Kec. Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat dan UMKM tersebut masih menggunakan metode perhitungan yang sederhana dan belum mencakup seluruh komponen biaya secara terperinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi harga pokok produksi yang ada, mengidentifikasi permasalahan, serta merancang solusi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan format perhitungan harga pokok produksi berbasis excel yang dapat membantu UMKM menetapkan harga jual dengan tepat dan mengelola biaya produksi secara lebih efisien. Microsoft Excel dipilih karena mudah digunakan dan fleksibel dalam mengolah data keuangan.

This study aims to develop a method for calculating the cost of production using the Full Costing and Variable Costing approaches as a basis for determining selling prices, and to design a calculation system based on Microsoft Excel. The subject of the study was UMKM Tempe Tarmidi located in Pasirlaya, Sukaraja District, Bogor Regency, West Java, and the UMKM still uses a simple calculation method and does not cover all cost components in detail. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to describe the existing cost of production conditions, identify problems, and design solutions. This study produces an excel-based cost of production calculation format that can help UMKM set selling prices appropriately and manage production costs more efficiently. Microsoft Excel was chosen because it is easy to use and flexible in processing financial data.
