Abstract

NURSYIFA SHALSABILA. Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Pencatatan Keuangan Berbasis Website Pawtix pada UMKM Valdi Petshop. Dibimbing oleh RINI RATNANINGSIH. Perancangan sistem pencatatan keuangan berbasis Website Pawtix pada UMKM Valdi Petshop dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan stok barang yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Pengelolaan stok dan keuangan merupakan aspek penting dalam operasional usaha, namun pencatatan manual dinilai kurang efektif, tidak terstruktur, dan rentan terhadap kesalahan perhitungan, sehingga menyulitkan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara akurat. UMKM Valdi Petshop yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk hewan peliharaan membutuhkan sistem yang mampu membantu proses pencatatan transaksi, pengendalian stok, serta pelaporan keuangan secara otomatis. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dan penelusuran dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis Website Pawtix memberikan kemudahan dalam pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran, pengelolaan stok barang, serta penyusunan laporan laba rugi secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien.

The design of a financial recording system based on the Pawtix Website at MSME Valdi Petshop was carried out as an effort to overcome problems in the process of recording transactions and managing stock of goods that were previously carried out manually. Stock and financial management are important aspects of business operations, but manual recording is considered ineffective, unstructured, and prone to calculation errors, making it difficult to prepare accurate financial reports. UMKM Valdi Petshop, which is engaged in the sale of pet products, needs a system that is able to assist the process of recording transactions, controlling stock, and financial reporting automatically. Data is obtained through direct observation, interviews with related parties, and documentation searches. The method used in designing this system is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results obtained show that the Pawtix Website-based system provides convenience in recording income and expenses, managing stock items, and preparing profit and loss reports quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
