Amida Collection is a garment business that faces challenges in recording and managing financial reports, which is still conducted manually. The business often experiences missing transaction evidence for customer orders, unstructured recording of daily income and expenses, and limited control over earned revenue. This study aims to analyze, evaluate, design, and conduct a trial implementation of a financial reporting system using Excel Macros. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a research and development method, employing interview and documentation techniques. The system development analysis applies the Waterfall model using the SDLC method. Evaluation results from the implementation, using the Black Box Testing method, indicate that the features function properly and the Excel Macro successfully records financial reports in accordance with the SAK EMKM standards. These reports include automated entries from the general journal to the ledger, trial balance, income statement, statement of financial position, and notes to financial statements (CALK). The implementation of Excel Macro at Amida Collection can improve the quality and presentation of financial information.
