      Abstract
      Proses rekonsiliasi aset di Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Kota Bogor masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang sering kali memunculkan kendala seperti ketidaksesuaian data, lamanya proses pencocokan, serta potensi kesalahan manusia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh belum terintegrasinya dua sistem utama yang digunakan, yaitu SIMASDA dan SIMRAL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis spreadsheet yang dapat mendukung proses rekonsiliasi selisih aset secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan platform Google Spreadsheet dan Google Apps Script, dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan pencocokan data otomatis, menampilkan indikator selisih secara visual, menyajikan rekap selisih aset, dan mengekspor laporan ke dalam format PDF. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat mempercepat proses rekonsiliasi, meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, serta mendukung akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan aset daerah.
       
      The asset reconciliation process at Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Bogor City is still carried out manually using Microsoft Excel, which often causes obstacles such as data inconsistencies, the length of the matching process, and the potential for human error. This is due to the lack of integration of the two main systems used, namely SIMASDA and SIMRAL. This study aims to design and implement a spreadsheet-based accounting information system that can support the asset difference reconciliation process more effectively and efficiently. The system was developed using the Google Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script platforms, with the waterfall system development method. The implementation results show that the system is able to perform automatic data matching, display difference indicators visually, present a summary of asset differences, and export reports in PDF format. Thus, this system can accelerate the reconciliation process, improve recording accuracy, and support accountability and transparency in regional asset management.
