      Hubungan Ciri Inovasi dengan Penerimaan QRIS Pada Mahasiswa Baru Sekolah Vokasi IPB

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan sistem pembayaran digital QRIS yang pesat, namun belum sepenuhnya diadopsi secara merata oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa baru. Mahasiswa baru Sekolah Vokasi IPB merupakan kelompok yang menarik dikaji karena sedang mengalami transisi menuju kemandirian dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan (correlation) antara ciri-ciri inovasi dengan penerimaan QRIS menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 97 mahasiswa baru menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Variabel independen meliputi lima ciri inovasi menurut teori Diffusion of Innovation (keuntungan relatif, kesesuaian, kompleksitas, ketercobaan, dan kemudahan observasi), sedangkan variabel dependen mencerminkan indikator penerimaan teknologi berdasarkan Technology Acceptance Model (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, dan behavioral intention to use). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan arah hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara seluruh dimensi ciri inovasi dengan indikator penerimaan QRIS. Nilai korelasi tertinggi ditemukan antara kemudahan observasi dengan sikap terhadap penggunaan (r = 0,702), dan antara kesesuaian dengan minat perilaku (r = 0,598), yang menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kesesuaian dan kemudahan mengamati manfaat QRIS, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan mereka untuk menerima dan menggunakannya. Kompleksitas menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan tetapi lemah dengan minat penggunaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerimaan QRIS sangat dipengaruhi oleh persepsi positif mahasiswa terhadap karakteristik inovasi tersebut. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi komunikasi dan edukasi yang menonjolkan manfaat langsung dan kemudahan QRIS untuk mempercepat adopsinya di lingkungan akademik.
       
      This research is motivated by the rapid development of the QRIS digital payment system, which has not yet been fully adopted by all levels of society, including new students. New students at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) Vocational School are an interesting group to study because they are transitioning to financial independence. This study aims to analyze the correlation between innovation characteristics and QRIS acceptance using a quantitative approach. The study was conducted with 97 new students using a survey method with a Likert-based questionnaire. The independent variables included five innovation characteristics according to the Diffusion of Innovation theory (relative advantage, suitability, complexity, trialability, and ease of observation), while the dependent variables reflected indicators of technology acceptance based on the Technology Acceptance Model (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use). Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank correlation test to determine the strength and direction of the relationships between variables. The analysis revealed a significant relationship between all dimensions of innovation characteristics and QRIS acceptance indicators. The highest correlation values ??were found between ease of observation and attitude toward use (r = 0.702), and between suitability and behavioral intention (r = 0.598), indicating that the higher students' perceptions of the suitability and ease of observing QRIS benefits, the higher their likelihood of accepting and using it. Complexity showed a significant but weak correlation with intention to use. The conclusion of this study is that QRIS acceptance is strongly influenced by students' positive perceptions of the innovation's characteristics. These findings underscore the importance of communication and education strategies that emphasize the immediate benefits and ease of use of QRIS to accelerate its adoption in academic settings.
