      Abstract

The use of TikTok as a career information medium is an effective strategy in the recruitment process, especially to reach Generation Z who are very close to digital technology. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of @transmedsos account followers to examine the influence of TikTok content and motivation on job application interest. The results of the analysis show that TikTok content has a positive and significant influence on job application interest (B = 0.705; p < 0.001), while personal motivation does not show a significant influence (B = 0.017; p = 0.749). This indicates that exposure to relevant and informative content on TikTok is more influential in shaping Generation Z's interest in applying for jobs than internal factors. This research confirms the importance of digital content optimization as part of an adaptive recruitment strategy that appeals to the younger generation.
