      Abstract
      Banyaknya permintaan akan konsumsi telur itik menjadikan bisnis telur itik konsumsi bersaing. Analisis usaha ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan usaha mulai dari input sampai output serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran telur itik konsumsi. Proses analisis dilakukan selama 16 minggu dengan menggunakan berbagai metode analisis finansial yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui Biaya (Cost), penerimanaan, pendapatan, BEP (Break Even Point) dan R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) dan metode analisis non-finansial untuk mengetahui aspek pemasaran dari analisis saya penjualan telur itik. Kegiatan pengelolaan usaha ini dilakukan mulai dari input sampai output serta melakukan analisis usaha untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha melalui pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Usaha penjualan telur itik konsumsi saya menghasilkan total pendapatan Rp. 4.693.000 dalam 16 minggu. Hasil perhitungan R/C Ratio sebesar 1,22 yang menyatakan bahwa usaha ini berpotensi layak untuk dilanjutkan.
       
      The high demand for egg consumption makes the consumer duck egg business competitive. This business analysis aims to understand business management from input to output and to formulate a marketing strategy for duck eggs for consumption. The analysis process was carried out for 16 weeks by adopting various financial analysis methods aimed at knowing costs, revenue, BEP (Break Even Point) and R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) and non-financial analysis methods to find out the marketing aspects of my analysis of duck egg sales. This activity manages the business from input to output and conducts business analysis to determine business feasibility through primary data collection and secondary data. My consumption duck egg sales business generated a total income of Rp. 4,693,000 in 16 weeks. The result of the R/C Ratio calculation is 1.22 which states that this business is potentially feasible to continue.
