      Abstract
      REMBULAN KEMALAWATI. Evaluasi Efektivitas Mesin Computer Numerical Control dengan Pendekatan Total Productive Maintenance di PT Tanah Sumber Makmur. Dibimbing oleh SESAR HUSEN SANTOSA. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi tingginya downtime pada mesin Computer Numerical Control (CNC) yang berperan penting dalam produksi shaft di PT Tanah Sumber Makmur. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan checksheet untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengukur efektivitas, serta MTBF, MTTR, dan MDT untuk menilai keandalan mesin. fishbone diagram digunakan untuk menemukan akar penyebab masalah, dan One Point Lesson (OPL) diterapkan sebagai solusi perbaikan. Diharapkan, penerapan metode ini dapat menurunkan downtime dan membantu operator dalam menangani komponen penyebab utama kerusakan.
       
      REMBULAN KEMALAWATI. Evaluation of CNC Machine Effectiveness Using the Total Productive Maintenance Approach at PT Tanah Sumber Makmur. Supervised by Sesar Husen Santosa. This study addresses the high downtime of the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine, which plays a key role in shaft production at PT Tanah Sumber Makmur. The analysis includes identifying critical issues using a checksheet, measuring machine effectiveness through Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and assessing reliability using MTBF, MTTR, and MDT. A fishbone diagram is used to determine root causes, and improvements are proposed using the One Point Lesson (OPL) method. The expected outcome is a reduction in machine downtime and an improvement in operator performance.
