      Abstract
      Program Jurnal Adhyaksa merupakan inisiatif komunikasi publik Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia untuk menyampaikan edukasi hukum publik melalui media audiovisual, khususnya kanal YouTube. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi program tersebut berdasarkan teori strategi komunikasi dan teori multimedia kognitif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis SWOT dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dari strategi komunikasi yang dijalankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip multimedia kognitif seperti koherensi, redundansi, dan modalitas, diterapkan untuk menyederhanakan pesan hukum bagi audiens. Strategi komunikasi juga mencakup tahapan mengenal khalayak, menyusun pesan, menetapkan metode, seleksi media, dan hambatan komunikasi. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan perlunya strategi komunikasi yang lebih partisipatif, adaptif, dan lintas media dalam meningkatkan literasi hukum publik secara luas.
       
      The Jurnal Adhyaksa Program is a public communication initiative by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia to deliver public legal education through audiovisual media, specifically the YouTube channel. This research aims to analyze the program's communication strategy based on communication strategy theory and cognitive multimedia theory. The approach utilized is descriptive qualitative, employing observation, interviews, and documentation studies. SWOT analysis was conducted to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the implemented communication strategy. The research findings indicate that cognitive multimedia principles such as coherence, redundancy, and modality are applied to simplify legal messages for the audience. The communication strategy also includes stages of audience analysis, message composition, method determination, media selection, and communication barriers. The implications of these findings emphasize the necessity of a more participatory, adaptive, and cross-channel media communication strategy to enhance public legal literacy broadly.
