      Abstract
      Proses perakitan transom pada trailer bogie 1014 membutuhkan waktu yang sesuai agar produktivitas meningkat dan memastikan waktu baku yang sesuai dan akurat sebagai acuan valid pekerja dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan perakitan transom pada trailer bogie 1014. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini pengukuran langsung menggunakan stopwatch, yang bertujuan memperoleh data yang objektif dan realistis mengenai durasi waktu yang dibutuhkam untuk menyelesaikan setiap tahapan perakitan. Karena hal tersebut transom mengalami keterlambatan sehingga harus penghitung ulang waktu yang sesuai dengan kondisi perakitan. Hasil dari pengukuran waktu proses perakitan transom untuk waktu siklus 418,47 detik, untuk waktu normal 426,84 detik, dan untuk waktu baku 538,96 detik yang dapat menghasilkan 53 transom per hari dan mencapai target perakitan transom yaitu 25 transom per hari.       The transom assembly process on the 1014 bogie trailer requires precise and efficient time to increase productivity and ensure appropriate and accurate standard time as a valid reference for workers in carrying out transom assembly work on the 1014 bogie trailer. The method used in this study is direct measurement using a stopwatch, which aims to obtain objective and realistic data regarding the duration of time needed to complete each assembly stage. Because of this, the transom was delayed so that the time had to be recalculated according to the assembly conditions. The results of the measurement of the transom assembly process time with a cycle time of 418.47 seconds, a normal time of 426.84 seconds, and a standard time of 538.96 seconds which can produce 53 transoms per day and achieve the target of transom assembly of 25 transoms per day.
