PENGELOLAAN USAHA PENGGEMUKAN SAPI POTONG DI SAHABAT ADHA FARM KOTA PAYAKUMBUH SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Kenaikan harga ternak ruminansia, baik besar maupun kecil, pada saat momen Idul Adha menjadikan periode ini sebagai panen raya bagi para peternak. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk memperluas pengetahuan, pengalaman usaha, serta mengaplikasikan ilmu dan kompetensi yang telah diperoleh. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan proyek ini meliputi pengambilan data primer dan sekunder. Di Sahabat Adha Farm, jenis sapi yang dipelihara adalah sapi persilangan Peranakan Ongole dengan pesisir, dengan total sebanyak 3 ekor dan rata-rata bobot awal sebesar 238 kg. Aspek pemeliharaan di farm ini mencakup persiapan kandang, penanganan sapi yang baru datang, pakan, kesehatan dan evaluasi performa. Hasil performa menunjukkan rata-rata Pertambahan Bobot Badan Harian sebesar 0,5 kg per ekor. Total biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan mencapai Rp 790.000, sementara total biaya variabel mencapai Rp 36.396.750. Biaya per ekor per hari adalah Rp14.979. Dari proyek pengelolaan usaha ini, diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 41.500.000, dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp 4.313.250, titik impas (BEP) harga sebesar Rp12.395.583, dan rasio biaya (R/C) sebesar 1,11

The increase in the price of ruminants, both large and small, during Eid alAdha makes this period a bumper harvest for farmers.This final project aims to expand knowledge, business experience, and apply the knowledge and competencies that have been obtained. The methods used in the implementation of this project include primary and secondary data collection. In Sahabat Adha Farm, the type of cattle raised is Peranakan Ongole crossbreed with coastal cattle, with a total of 3 heads and an average initial weight of 238 kg. Aspects of maintenance at this farm include pen preparation, handling of newly arrived cattle, feed, health and performance evaluation. Performance results showed an average Daily Weight Gain of 0.5 kg per head. Total fixed costs incurred reached Rp 790,000, while total variable costs reached Rp 36,396,750. The cost per head per day is Rp14,979. From this business management project, a revenue of Rp 41,500,000 was obtained, with an income of Rp 4,313,250, a break-even point (BEP) price of Rp 12,395,583, and a cost ratio (R/C) of 1.11.
