      Strategi Pengembangan Agribisnis Kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Bandung

      Abstract
      Kopi merupakan komoditas unggulan perkebunan Kabupaten Bandung. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung berkomitmen melalui RPJPD 2025-2045 untuk mengembangkan komoditas unggulan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan Kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Bandung menggunakan sudut pandang agribisnis. Penyusunan strategi dilakukan dengan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal kemudian memformulasikan alternatif strategi menggunakan matriks IE dan SWOT dan hasil rekomendasi strategi ditentukan prioritas strategi yang akan diaplikasikan menggunakan matriks QSPM. Berdasarkan skor matriks IFE didapatkan skor 3.119 dan EFE memiliki skor 3.664. Hasil skor IFE dan EFE memosisikan perkebunan Kopi Arabika Kabupaten Bandung pada kuadran I. Hasil matriks IE menjadi landasan penggunaan matriks SWOT sehingga dihasilkan delapan rekomendasi strategi. Strategi Prioritas yang ditentukan menggunakan matriks QSPM adalah penguatan fungsi beberapa lembaga terkait agribisnis kopi di Kabupaten Bandung.       Coffee is a leading plantation commodity in Bandung Regency. The Bandung Regency Government is committed through the 2025-2045 RPJPD to develop its leading commodity. The aim of this study was to formulate a development strategy for Arabica coffee in Bandung Regency from an agribusiness perspective. The strategy formulation was conducted by analyzing internal and external factors, followed by the development of alternative strategies using IE and SWOT matrices. The final strategy recommendations were prioritized using the QSPM matrix. Based on the analysis, the IFE matrix produced a score of 3.119, whereas the EFE matrix scored 3.664. These results place the Arabica coffee sector of Bandung Regency in Quadrant I. The IE matrix serves as the basis for applying the SWOT matrix, resulting in eight strategic recommendations. According to the QSPM matrix, the top priority strategy is to strengthen the functions of institutions related to coffee plantations in the Bandung Regency.
