      Evaluasi Usaha Penggemukan Domba di Yamitasa Farm Kota Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat

      Abstract
      Produksi daging domba di Indonesia tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan, guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani masyarakat. Salah satu yang dapat dilakukan untuk terus meningkatkan produksi daging domba dalam negeri yaitu dengan mengembangkan usaha peternakan domba melalui manajemen pemeliharaan yang terarah. Pengelolaan usaha peternakan ini bertujuan untuk menambah keterampilan, menambah ilmu pengetahuan, dan mengkaji usaha di bidang penggemukan domba. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan pengelolaan usaha peternakan ini yaitu terjun langsung kelapangan dan metode pengambilan data menggunakan primer dan sekunder. Parameter yang diamati berupa persiapan pemeliharaan, manajemen perkandangan, manajemen pakan, manajemen kesehatan, dan evaluasi performa produksi. Jenis domba yang dipelihara yaitu garut, dan garut cross dorper. Penggemukan dilakukan selama 90 hari. Manajemen usaha di peternakan Yamitasa Farm sudah sangat baik dengan indikator keberhasilan yaitu rataan pertambahan bobot badan harian mencapai 120 g/ekor/hari, pendapatan bersih yang diterima sebesar 1.471.867, dengan analisis kelayakan usaha R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio) mencapai 1,13.
       
      Lamb meat production in Indonesia has increased from year to year, in order to meet the community's animal protein needs. One thing that can be done to continue to increase domestic lamb meat production is to develop a sheep farming business through targeted maintenance management. The management of this livestock business aims to increase skills, increase knowledge, and study the business in the field of sheep fattening. The method used in this livestock business management activity is to go directly to the field and the data collection method uses primary and secondary methods. The parameters observed are maintenance preparation, pen management, feed management, health management, and evaluation of production performance. The types of sheep kept are Garut and Garut cross Dorper. Fattening is carried out for 90 days. Business management at the Yamitasa Farm is very good with indicators of success, namely the average daily weight gain reaching 120 g/head/day, the net income received is 1,471,867, with a business feasibility analysis R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio) reaching 1.13.
