Faktor- Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Mahasiswa Mengikuti Sekolah Ekspor Nasional (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa FEM IPB)

Abstract

Salah satu pendorong utama pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia adalah peningkatan nilai ekspor. Meskipun ekspor nasional memiliki potensi untuk terus ditingkatkan, kontribusi UMKM Indonesia masih relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan negara-negara ASEAN lainnya. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi kondisi ini adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Untuk mendorong wirausaha berorientasi ekspor di perguruan tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menyelenggarakan program Kampus Merdeka yang merupakan langkah kebijakan dalam terciptanya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu mitra dalam inisiatif Kampus Merdeka yang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran ekspor adalah Yayasan Sekolah Ekspor Nasional. Namun peserta sekolah ekspor mengalami penurunan pada beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa mengikuti Sekolah Ekspor Nasional. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan non probability dengan metode insidental sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan antara efikasi diri, ekspektasi pendapatan, dan lingkungan sosial yang secara signifikan berkontribusi positif terhadap minat wirausaha.

One of the main drivers of Indonesia’s economic growth is the increase in export value. Although national exports have the potential to continue increasing, the contribution of Indonesian MSMEs remains relatively low compared to other ASEAN countries. One of the main factors influencing this condition is the limited quality of human resources. To encourage export- oriented entrepreneurship in higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education and Culture launched the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program as a policy initiative to improve the quality of education. One of the partners in this initiative offering export education is the Yayasan Sekolah Ekspor Nasional. However, participation in the export school program has declined in recent years. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence students’ participation in the National Export School. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The sampling technique used was non-probability with an incidental sampling method, and the total sample consisted of 150 respondents. The results show that there are significant direct effects of self-efficacy, income expectations, and social environment, which positively contribute to entrepreneurial interest.
