      Abstract
      PT Ratu Bio Indonesia masih menggunakan pembayaran manual untuk transaksi maklon, menyebabkan keterlambatan dan kesalahan verifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang fitur payment gateway guna mempercepat pembayaran dan memastikan fungsinya mendukung transaksi online. Metode Agile diterapkan karena memungkinkan penyesuaian selama pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup rancangan payment gateway dengan diagram Use Case, ERD, dan Activity Diagram, implementasi menggunakan Laravel 10 dan Midtrans Sandbox yang memproses transaksi dalam 30 detik, serta pengujian black box yang memverifikasi fungsi checkout dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini membahas otomatisasi transaksi maklon dan minimalisasi kegagalan pembayaran. Fitur payment gateway memungkinkan transaksi lebih cepat dibandingkan metode manual (15 menit hingga 1 jam). Pemeliharaan sistem secara rutin diharapkan agar pengelolaan transaksi berjalan dengan maksimal.
       
      PT Ratu Bio Indonesia relies on manual payment for maklon transactions, causing delays and verification errors. This study aims to design a payment gateway feature to accelerate payments and ensure its functionality for online transactions. The Agile method was applied to allow adjustments during development. The results include a payment gateway design with Use Case, ERD, and Activity Diagrams, implementation using Laravel 10 and Midtrans Sandbox processing transactions in 30 seconds, and black box testing verifying checkout and payment functions. This study addresses automation of maklon transactions and minimization of payment failures. The payment gateway enables faster transactions compared to manual methods (15 minutes to 1 hour). Regular system maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal transaction management.
