      PEMBUATAN MODUL TAHSIN DIGITAL BERBASIS FLIPBOOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI RA AL-ASHFIA SUKABUMI

      Abstract
      Perkembangan teknologi di era digital menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi digital yang memadai untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang interaktif dan inovatif. Namun, hasil survei di RA Al-Ashfia Sukabumi menunjukkan bahwa 75% guru belum mengenal atau menggunakan aplikasi digital, khususnya Canva, dalam proses mengajar. Hal ini menyebabkan pembelajaran tahsin Al-Qur’an masih menggunakan metode konvensional, kurang menarik, dan berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi belajar peserta didik, oleh karena itu tujuan proyek ini untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru di RA Al-Ashfia Sukabumi dalam pembuatan modul tahsin berbasis flipbook menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan menggunakan model ADDIE dan mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru menggunakan Canva, serta terciptanya modul digital tahsin yang interaktif. Modul ini terbukti efektif dan diterima baik oleh peserta didik dan orang tua. Inovasi ini menjadi solusi praktis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di tingkat PAUD.
       
      The development of technology in the digital era requires teachers to have adequate digital competence to support interactive and innovative learning processes. However, the results of a survey at RA Al-Ashfia Sukabumi showed that 75% of teachers did not know or use digital applications, especially Canva, in the teaching process. This causes the learning of Al-Quran tahsin to still use conventional methods, is less interesting, and has an impact on low student learning motivation. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to improve the digital competence of teachers at RA Al-Ashfia Sukabumi in creating flipbook-based tahsin modules using the Canva application. The activity uses the ADDIE model and includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results show a significant increase in teachers' ability to use Canva, as well as the creation of an interactive digital tahsin module. This module has proven to be effective and well received by students and parents. This innovation is a practical solution in improving the quality of Al-Quran learning at the PAUD level.
