      Abstract

Region based Islamic financial inclusion, as reflected through Islamic financing, can promote regional economic growth by expanding access to financial services that align with the needs of the local population. This study aims to analyze the level of Islamic financial inclusion across provinces in Indonesia, as well as the factors influencing regional government Islamic financial inclusion. The research utilizes secondary data on Islamic financial financing reports obtained from the OJK, BPS, and KNEKS. Data were analyzed using the Index Syariah Financial Inclusion (ISFI) method and panel data regression analysis covering 34 provinces in Indonesia during the 2022–2023 period. The findings indicate that the level of Islamic financial inclusion across provinces in 2022–2023 remains relatively low, with an average ISFI score of 0.16. Several factors significantly and positively influence Islamic financial inclusion at the provincial level, including population size, the number of Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS), the TIK index, and government programs.
