      Abstract

Kabupaten Blora holds a strategic role in the regional economy through its agricultural sector, particularly in food crops. However, agricultural productivity has declined due to land degradation resulting from the excessive use of chemical fertilizers. This dependency has lowered soil quality, caused nutrient imbalances, and decreased production efficiency. To address these challenges, the Government of Kabupaten Blora introduced the Gerakan Sejuta Kotak Umat (GESEKU) program, aimed at encouraging farmers to shift to organic fertilizers. This study aims to analyze farmers’ preferences for organic fertilizers in Desa Sendangwungu, Kecamatan Banjarejo, Kabupaten Blora, using a quantitative approach through conjoint analysis. The evaluated attributes include physical form, raw materials, yield improvement, and environmental benefits. The findings show that farmers prefer solid organic fertilizers made from livestock manure, which can increase yields by more than 50% and support environmental sustainability. Among the studied attributes, yield improvement is the most influential factor in determining farmers’ preferences.
