      Aplikasi Pengayaan Astaxanthin pada Moina sp. terhadap Kualitas Warna Tubuh Ikan Rainbow Boesemani

      Abstract
      Ikan rainbow boesemani jantan memiliki nilai jual tinggi dibandingkan dengan betina karena memiliki warna lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari aplikasi pengayaan astaxanthin pada moina terhadap performa warna tubuh dan pertumbuhan ikan rainbow boesemani jantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan tiga perlakuan dan empat ulangan, meliputi kontrol (K), Astaxanthin 0,50 g/L (PA 0,50) dan Astaxanthin 0,75 g/L (PA 0,75). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan pada perlakuan PA 0,75 g/L mendapatkan hasil rata-rata tertinggi terhadap skor kecerahan warna sebesar 12,00±0,00, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak 1,97±0,05 cm dan bobot mutlak sebesar 2,07±0,05 g. Aplikasi pengayaan astaxanthin pada pakan alami moina dosis 0,75 g/L dapat meningkatkan kecerahan warna tubuh, performa pertumbuhan rainbow boesemani jantan.
       
      Male boesemani rainbow fish has a higher selling value than females because it has better a color. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of astaxanthin enrichment on body color and growth of male rainbow boesemani fish. This study used the Complete Random Design (CRD) method, with three treatments and four replications, including control (K), Astaxanthin 0,50 g/L (PA 0,50) and Astaxanthin 0,75 g/L (PA 0,75). The results of this study showed that the PA treatment of 0,75 g/L obtained the highest average results for a color brightness score of 12,00±0,00, absolute length growth of 1,97±0,05 cm and absolute weight of 2,07±0,05 g. Application of astaxanthin enrichment in moina natural feed at a dose of 0,75 g/L can improve the brightness of body color, growth performance in rainbow boesemani.
