      Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Nugget D'mamam

      Abstract
      Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (2024), meningkatnya jumlah perempuan bekerja di Indonesia mendorong permintaan terhadap makanan praktis saji seperti frozen food. Kondisi ini memicu persaingan ketat di industri tersebut. D’mamam, sebagai produsen frozen food dengan produk unggulan berupa nugget, perlu merumuskan strategi bauran pemasaran yang efektif untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan proses keputusan pembelian konsumen nugget D’mamam serta menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian produk nugget D’mamam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Oleh karena itu, D’mamam disarankan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas kemasan, memberikan diskon, melakukan penjualan di supermarket umum, dan bekerja sama dengan influencer guna meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.
       
      According to Statistics Indonesia (BPS, 2024), the increasing number of working women in Indonesia has driven demand for convenient ready-to-serve foods such as frozen food. This condition has intensified competition within the industry. D’mamam, a frozen food producer specializing in nuggets, must develop an effective marketing mix strategy to remain competitive. This study aims to identify the stages in the consumer decision-making process and analyze the influence of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions for D’mamam nuggets. A quantitative approach was employed, using primary data collected through questionnaires and a cluster sampling method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The findings reveal that product, price, place, and promotion significantly affect consumer purchasing decisions. Based on these results, it is recommended that D’mamam improve packaging quality, offer price discounts, increase product availability in general supermarkets, and collaborate with social media influencers to enhance purchasing decisions.
