Abstract

Tingkat produktivitas sapi perah dipengaruhi salah satunya oleh pakan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh katuk depolarisasi konsumsi pakan dan konsumsi bahan kering serta konsumsi nutrisi sapi FH di PT Great Giant Livestock (GGL),Lampung Tengah. Total ternak yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah 21 ekor sapi perah dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok perlakuan dengan masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 7 ekor sapi. Perlakuan pertama (P0) merupakan kontrol berupa pakan utama dari GGL, perlakuan kedua (P1) pakan utama GGL dengan tambahan 100 g ekor-1 bubuk katuk depolarisasi dan perlakuan ketiga (P2) diberi pakan utama GGL dengan tambahan 100 g ekor-1 pelet katuk depolarisasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan konsumsi ransum as feed sapi FH perlakuan P0, P1, dan P2 berturut-turut adalah 32,59 ± 1,37, 22,45 ± 5,31, 28 ± 3,70. Pada bahan kering as feed perlakuan P0, P1 dan P2 berturut-turut adalah 8,93 ± 0,38; 6,89 ± 1,63 dan 7,65 ± 1,05. Kelompok kontrol memiliki nilai konsumsi nutrisi tertinggi daripada kelompok lainnya. The level of dairy cow productivity is influenced by one of the feeds given. This study aims to determine the effect of depolarized katuk on feed consumption and dry matter consumption, as well as nutrient consumption of FH cows at PT Great Giant Livestock (GGL), Lampung Regency. A total of 21 dairy cows were divided into 3 treatment groups with each group consisting of 7 cows. The first treatment (P0) was a control in the form of main feed from GGL, the second treatment (P1) was GGL main feed with the addition of 100 g ekor-1 of Depolarized Katuk Powder and the third treatment (P2) was given GGL main feed with the addition of 100 g ekor-1 of Depolarized Katuk Pellets. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive data. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average consumption of rations as feed for FH cattle in treatments P0, P1 and P2 were respectively 32.59 ± 1.37, 22.45 ± 5.31, 28 ± 3.70. In dry matter as feed treatments P0, P1 and P2 were respectively 8.93 ± 0.38, 6.89 ± 1.63 and 7.65 ± 1.05. The control group had the highest nutrient consumption value than the other groups.
