      Persepsi dan Preferensi Konsumen Pelajar SMA terhadap Produk Yogurt di Kota Bandung

      Abstract
      Produk yogurt di Indonesia semakin marak dan dikenal oleh masyarakat, sehingga banyak produsen yang perlu berinovasi agar tetap dapat bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui karakteristik serta persepsi dan preferensi konsumen. Penentuan responden penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling, dan diambil total 30 orang pelajar SMA yang terdiri dari dua SMA negeri dan dua SMA swasta. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penilaian persepsi dan preferensi diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan penelitian, mayoritas konsumen adalah perempuan, usia 15-16 tahun, dengan uang saku > Rp 1.000.000. Faktor pendorong pembelian tertinggi merupakan rasa. Produk yogurt yang paling digemari adalah produk dengan rasa manis, berbentuk yogurt drink, dan berkemasan botol.
       
      The abundance and recognition of yogurt product in Indonesia has been increasing, therefore producers have to innovate to keep competing. The purpose of this research is to find out the characteristic, perception and preference of consumers towards yogurt. Respondents are gathered using quota sampling technique on 30 high school students from two private high school and two public high school. Data is analyzed using descriptive method. The scoring for perception and preference is conducted using likert scale. Based on the findings, majority of consumer are female, with an age range of 15 – 16 years old, and pocket money of above IDR1,000,000. The main driving factor for purchase is flavor. The most favored type of yogurt product are sweet flavored, in the form of yogurt drink and packaged in bottles.
