Variabel yang diamati meliputi konsumsi as feed, bahan kering (BK), protein kasar (PK), total digestible nutrient (TDN), pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH), dan income over feed cost (IOFC). The performance of sheep is influenced by feed management practices. This study aimed to examine the performance and IOFC of Garut rams in intensive management with different protein sources (tofu waste, brewery spent grain, and mung bean waste). The research used 24 heads of Garut rams aged 7-8 months (I0) with initial weight of 22.94±2.22 kg, This research used three treatments of P1 = 50% silage + 40% tofu waste + 10% concentrate, P2 = 50% silage + 40% brewery spent grain + 10% concentrate, and P3 = 50% silage + 40% mung bean waste + 10% concentrate. The variables observed were consumption of feed intake, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), energy (TDN), average daily gain (ADG), and income over feed cost (IOFC). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) using statistical product and service solution (SPSS) which was further tested using Duncan's method. The results showed that the treatments had a significant effect on feed intake, DM, CP, TDN, ADG, and IOFC (P<0.05). The P1 treatment containing tofu waste showed the highest performance and IOFC compared to the other treatments.
