Supporting small-scale livestock farming is crucial for advancing the national livestock sector, particularly by leveraging local potential in cattle share-farming. One village that serves as a case study for analyzing cattle share-farming system patterns is Sambirejo Village, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency. This study aims to analyze the patterns of the cattle share-farming system, the cost structure associated with cattle share-farming, and the income earned by share-farmers in Sambirejo Village according to the applied patterns. The research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, utilizing primary and secondary data sources. The findings indicate that cattle share-farming in Sambirejo Village follows three main patterns: fattening, breeding, and a combination of fattening and breeding. The study reveals that the fattening pattern provides the highest income for share- farmers who engage in it as a side business.
